This quick, but effective assessment identifies

This more complete study identifies a more comprehensive

Meet with your executive
team and staff to prepare a series of ACTION STEPS based
on the prioritized recommendations from the Assessments
reflecting a step-by-step evaluation and planning process.
Your executive team will be asked to partner up with
one of the Synchronous Solutions’ assigned consultants
to give the resulting recommendations a “reality
check”. Once complete, a marketing plan reflective
of the approved recommendations will be developed, approved
and implementation begun. Throughout the process, your
