  • Meet with your executive team and staff to prepare a series of ACTION STEPS based on the prioritized recommendations from the Assessments reflecting a step-by-step evaluation and planning process. Your executive team will be asked to partner up with one of the Synchronous Solutions’ assigned consultants to give the resulting recommendations a “reality check”. Once complete, a marketing plan reflective of the approved recommendations will be developed, approved and implementation begun. Throughout the process, your Synchronous Solutions’ executive will work with your management team to ensure the best possible results.
